Your new company
I am excited to be working with a key client who is looking for a number of People Services Administrators to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. My client is a leading infrastructure provider who is driven by strong values and offers a supportive and inclusive working environment. They work across a range of markets and offer numerous sustainable solutions to their customers.
Your new role
Working in the transactional team within People Services, the main purpose of your role is to deliver an excellent service to employees/customers across a range of concerns, questions and queries. You will be allocated daily caseloads and will be expected to manage these in a timely manner in line with SLA’s. You may be asked to update personal details, support with portal log in issues or pass more complex queries, such as advice queries, onto the next team. You will manage your caseloads on a daily basis and will be expected to confirm resolutions with customers via email, letter or telephone.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you must have recent, strong administration experience. Specifically, HR Administration or Recruitment Administration experience is highly desirable. You must be confident in managing and prioritising conflicting workloads and be comfortable working to KPI’s. Attention to detail is extremely important in this role, and you must be able to demonstrate competence with internal systems. Exposure to SAP will be beneficial.
What you’ll get in return
This is a temporary to permanent position offering a salary of 25,000, 24 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, pension and free parking. Full time with working hours either 8 – 4 or 9 – 5. Once you are fully trained and comfortable working alone, you will be able to take advantage of the hybrid model which is usually 2-3 days per week from home.
