About the Role

We are working with a well-established, highly regarded regional contractor to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of major projects across Oxford and the wider region. Due to continued growth and the successful award of several large new schemes, our client is looking to strengthen their commercial team with a key hire. This role will play an important part in enhancing their capability to deliver higher-value projects, while also contributing to the long-term growth and strategic direction of the business. This is a pivotal position within the commercial team, offering the opportunity to take ownership of larger, more complex schemes, while also supporting junior team members and contributing to preconstruction activity. You will be involved across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage procurement and PCSA through to final account, working closely with both site teams and senior leadership.
