Your new company is a leading housing services provider seeking an experienced Roofer for a temporary-to-permanent position covering properties across the East Midlands. The role is based out of their Nottingham depot.
Your new role:
- Up to £25.00 per hour (temporary)
- £31k-£33k per annum once permanent
- Full-time, Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30
What you'll need to succeed:
- Carry out roofing repairs, replacements and associated trade tasks
- Work across social-housing properties, delivering high-quality, safe and efficient work
- Follow all relevant legislation, standards and safe-working practices
What you'll get in return:
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in roofing or associated trade
- Skilled in pitched/flat roofing, timber repairs, UPVC fascia/soffits, felt & single-ply systems, leadwork and pointing
- Valid manual UK driving licence + minimum one year's driving experience
- Preferable: Working at Height, Abrasive Wheel, PASMA, ability to read drawings
