A part-time Housing Officer opportunity is available within a busy housing service. This temporary role is expected to run for around 6 months and would suit someone with strong housing management experience who is confident working with tenants, contractors and internal teams.
Location: Norwich
Rate: 23.93 (Umbrella)
Hours: 16 hours per week
Contract: Temporary - 6 months minimum
Flexible Working Pattern: Hours can be worked across either 2 or 3 days, depending on the successful candidate's preference. Based on service needs, there is flexibility around how the hours are structured.
Your New Organisation: You will be joining an established housing team that provides support to residents and helps ensure properties remain safe, well-managed and compliant. The role is part-time and offers flexibility around how the weekly hours are worked.
Your New Role: This is a varied part-time role where you will help residents, support the wider housing team and help keep key compliance work moving. This will include supporting with EICRs, gas safety checks, property access, appointments, resident contact and general housing-related follow-up.
