This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Design Engineer (5-8 years' experience) to step into a senior role within a supportive, people-first organisation. What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading electrical design projects across a variety of building services sectors.
- Producing detailed designs, specifications, and technical reports.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and other consultants.
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development.
- Conducting site visits, surveys, and inspections.
- Managing project delivery, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
- Championing sustainable and innovative design solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 5-8 years' experience in electrical design within building services.
- Strong technical knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proven track record of managing projects and leading teams.
