Multi Trade Operatives Required - West Midlands
We are currently recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives on behalf of a large, reputable Housing Association based in the West Midlands.
Location: West Midlands (various sites)
Contract: Initial 3-month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent opportunities
Pay Rate: Up to £27 per hour (depending on experience). Mileage paid at 45p per mile.
Role Overview: You will be working within social housing properties, carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works in occupied homes, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in social housing, particularly occupied properties
- Skilled in at least one core trade; Carpentry, Plumbing or Plastering
- Relevant qualifications such as: NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds
