Their work spans lettings, sales, property management and investment support, serving landlords, tenants and buyers. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled Carpenter/Multi Skilled Operative to join their team in a permanent role covering Telford and the surrounding areas.
Your new role as a Carpenter/Multi Skilled Operative involves delivering high quality maintenance, repair and installation work across a diverse property portfolio.
- Contract Type: Permanent
- Salary: 38,000- 40,000 per annum + Van wide assistance as required
- Out of hours service on a periodic rota
- Maintenance of leisure properties and promotion of Bradford Estates interests
- Skip management and providing advice on property condition and history
- Measurement taking, site preparation and timber sourcing
- Preparing drawings for cabinetry, framing and other woodwork
- Designing and installing fitted wooden shelves, cabinets and drywall
- First and second fix installation of fixtures and fittings
- Selection and evaluation of materials for defects
- Reading and interpreting architect design specifications
- Liaising with tenants
