Our client based in Motherwell is looking for Class 2 HGV drivers to join their team driving the bin trucks. £18.67 per hour PAYE.
As a class 2 HGV driver you will be expected to:
- Collect and transport waste bins.
- Drive safely and efficiently to and from various locations, following the assigned route sheet and using a satellite navigation system.
- Check the vehicle for any defects or damages before and after each shift, and report any issues to the manager.
What you'll need to succeed:
- A valid class 2 licence, CPC required, tachograph card.
- A good knowledge of the local area and road network.
- A flexible and customer-focused attitude.
- Must be willing to work weekends.
