Your new company Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Mobile Cleaner to work on a social housing contract covering multiple properties across the local area in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and hardworking cleaner looking for ongoing temporary work with a well-established housing provider.
Your new role:
- Cleaning communal areas within social housing properties
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming communal hallways and stairwells
- Cleaning entrances, lifts, landings and shared facilities
- Removing litter and carrying out basic housekeeping duties externally
- Emptying bins and maintaining clean and safe environments for residents
- Reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns
- Travelling between various housing schemes and residential blocks
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous cleaning experience, ideally within housing, facilities management or communal areas
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
