We're working with a respected housing provider in Cambridge who is looking to appoint a Housing Officer to manage a diverse housing patch and provide a high-quality tenancy management service. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll build strong relationships with residents, tackle complex housing issues, and help create thriving communities.
The Role
As a Housing Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering an effective neighbourhood and tenancy management service, ensuring residents receive a responsive and customer-focused experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a designated patch of properties.
- Supporting residents to sustain their tenancies.
- Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour cases.
- Carrying out estate inspections and identifying improvements.
- Managing tenancy changes, successions and mutual exchanges.
- Working with internal teams and external agencies to support residents and communities.
- Ensuring compliance with housing policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
About You

- Experience in a Housing Officer, Neighbourhood Officer or Housing Management role.
- Knowledge of tenancy management and housing legislation.
