MEP Pre-Construction Manager MEP Pre-Construction Manager required to join a leading main contractor on a landmark 50m mixed-use development.
This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role during the pre-construction phase of a major project currently progressing through a two-stage tender process.
Working as part of the wider pre-construction team, you ll take ownership of the mechanical and electrical elements of the scheme, helping to ensure the design delivers both technical excellence and commercial value.
