We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Plasterer to join a busy repairs and maintenance team delivering work within occupied social housing properties across the Mansfield area. This is a long-term opportunity offering consistent work, with the potential to secure a permanent employed position for the right candidate.

The Role

You will be carrying out a wide range of responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied properties, with a primary focus on plastering duties. In addition, you will be expected to complete basic repairs across associated trades to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Typical duties include:

  • Patch plastering and full-room skimming
  • Rendering and general plaster repairs
  • Basic carpentry, tiling and decorating repairs
  • Making good following repair works
  • Working within occupied social housing properties
  • Delivering excellent customer service when working in tenants' homes

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Plasterer
  • Ability to carry out basic repairs across multiple trades
  • Previous social housing repairs and maintenance experience is highly desirable
  • Relevant qualifications beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Own van and tools required
  • Must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of Mansfield
  • Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
