They have offices across the Midlands and specialise in the private sector, across commercial and development projects.
The successful candidate will lead the Project Management team, applying strong technical expertise, commercial understanding and effective people‑management skills to guide the department's performance. They will provide clear leadership, ensuring the team delivers high‑quality outcomes and maintains strong professional standards across all projects.
A key responsibility will be supporting senior leadership in managing the current project workload, enabling a seamless transition of client relationships over the next 12 months. The individual will work collaboratively to uphold delivery excellence and ensure continuity for all stakeholders involved.
They will also be instrumental in developing and diversifying the client portfolio, identifying opportunities to broaden the organisation's market reach and strengthen its service offering. As the team expands, they will recruit, mentor and develop new team members, fostering a positive environment where people can grow and contribute to the company's long‑term ambitions.
In addition, the role carries strategic responsibility, requiring the candidate to help shape and execute the company's business strategy in line with its financial and operational goals.
