Working on residential projects, you will play a key role in driving high-quality design solutions from concept through to completion while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals across a range of disciplines. Your new role As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of residential projects, taking ownership of key design decisions and ensuring exceptional design quality throughout the project life cycle. Working closely with senior leadership, you will initiate and develop design concepts, lead project teams, and oversee the quality of project outputs. You will mentor and support junior team members, manage stakeholder engagement with clients and contractors, and coordinate effectively with both internal and external disciplines to deliver highly integrated design solutions. The role requires a collaborative approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines within a dynamic project environment. What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role, you will be an ARB-qualified Senior Architect with proven post-qualification experience delivering residential projects. You will demonstrate: Strong design capabilities with a portfolio showcasing relevant project experience. Experience in briefing, concept design development, and project implementation. The ability to lead stakeholder engagement and manage relationships with clients and contractors. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Experience delivering projects within BIM environments.
