As a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer, you will:
- Lead and deliver electrical building services designs across multiple sectors, ensuring robustness, compliance and innovation.
- Produce and oversee electrical calculations, reports, specifications, and tender packages.
- Act as a key contact for clients, project managers, architects and design partners, representing the business with confidence and professionalism.
- Guide, mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers, building capability within the electrical discipline.
- Work closely with mechanical, sustainability, BIM and compliance specialists to deliver coordinated, high‑quality solutions.
- Champion low‑carbon thinking, energy efficiency and modern engineering approaches across all projects.
- Take ownership of project delivery, resource planning, design quality and client satisfaction.

- Support the future direction of the electrical team as part of the succession pathway toward Associate Director.
- Proven experience as a Senior or Principal Electrical Design Engineer within a building services' consultancy.

- Proficiency in design and calculation software such as Amtech/Trimble, AutoCAD, Revit, and lighting simulation tools.
- A collaborative, people‑focused leader who enjoys mentoring others.
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships and steer design reviews.

- Degree‑qualified; IEng or CEng (or working towards) is highly advantageous.
