Your new company is a well-established contractor delivering planned maintenance works across social housing properties in Manchester. This role will focus primarily on kitchen replacement programmes, overseeing projects from initial site set-up through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
Your new role includes:
- Managing kitchen rip-out and installation schemes within occupied social housing properties
- Overseeing direct labour, subcontractors and trades on site
- Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
- Monitoring programme delivery, quality and customer satisfaction
- Liaising with residents, clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Managing projects from start to finish
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous Site Management experience within social housing planned maintenance
- Strong knowledge of kitchen refurbishment programmes
- Experience managing multiple trades and subcontractors
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)
- Excellent organisation and stakeholder management skills
What you'll get in return:
- £50,000 - £53,000 basic salary
