We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join a project working on student accommodation near Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for immediate work, carrying out repairs, maintenance, and decorating works to ensure rooms and communal areas are ready for occupancy.
Responsibilities:
- Internal painting and decorating works
- Preparation of surfaces including filling and sanding
- Emulsion and gloss work
- Snagging and finishing tasks
- Working efficiently to programme deadlines
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator
