Your new role In this rewarding Housing Manager position, you will take the lead in running a busy over 55s Retirement Living scheme ensuring residents receive a responsive, supportive and high quality housing service.
You ll be the key point of contact on site, creating a safe and welcoming environment where residents feel empowered to live independently.
You will oversee day to day housing operations, manage landlord responsibilities, coordinate maintenance, and provide practical housing advice.
