We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join a well-established contractor, delivering internal refurbishments across social housing properties. You will be responsible for plastering works associated with kitchen and bathroom replacements, void refurbishments, and general property upgrades in both occupied and empty homes. This is a long-term scheme offering consistent, secure work for the right candidate.
Your new role:
- Carry out all aspects of plastering including skimming, bonding, patch repairs, boarding, rendering, and making good.
- Prepare walls and ceilings around new kitchen and bathroom installations, ensuring a clean and smooth finish ready for decoration.
- Make good after other trades, including electricians, plumbers, and joiners.
- Complete dot & dab, stud wall adjustments, and plasterboard installation where needed.
- Willing to muck in with other trades when needed.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience as a plasterer, ideally within the social housing sector.
- Strong skills in skimming, plasterboarding, patching, rendering, and preparation work.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a multi-trade team.
