We are seeking an experienced Interim Financial Controller to join on an interim basis for 3-6 months, providing immediate support across core finance operations and ensuring continuity during a busy period. This role will play a key part in maintaining financial control, reporting accuracy, and supporting senior stakeholders.
You will play a key role within the finance team, delivering accurate reporting, strong financial control, and meaningful business insights. This is a commercial role partnering with senior stakeholders to support decision-making and drive performance.
- Lead month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and reporting processes
- Deliver variance analysis, forecasts, and management insights
- Prepare management accounts and reporting deliverables
- Support revenue recognition and project reporting
- Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Manage year-end statutory accounts and audit processes
- Partner with business leaders to enhance financial understanding
- Drive continuous improvement in finance systems and processes
