An international consultancy with an established and busy business across the north is looking to add a graduate building surveyor into their Leeds team due to growth and development opportunities within the organisation.

With clients across multiple sectors but a focus on education and healthcare.

Your new role

In your new role you will gain valuable experience across multiple sectors and disciplines of work as you grow and progress through the early part of your career.

You will get a chance to be involved in managing your own projects while working alongside more senior members of the team.

The office is a hybrid environment where you will split your time between being on site, office collaborative working and working from home.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will need to have a degree in building surveying and either completed a placement year in industry or a year's experience post qualification.

The ability to use CAD or have previous experience is advantageous although not essential.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will get a competitive salary of between £27,000-£30,000 depending on your experience.
