A social housing provider in Lincolnshire is looking for a Joiner to join their team on a permanent basis. Covering a patch around Lincolnshire but with jobs focused around the area closest to you. (Usual hotspots are Louth & Skegness).
Paid 40 hours per week, working 8am - 4:30pm.
- £32,000 Salary
- Van and fuel card included

Your new role:
Social housing occupied properties. All joinery works in the responsive repairs team - kitchens and bathrooms, doors, skirtings, architraves. (May involve basic multiskilled duties as and when required to complete jobs and finish off work).
What you'll need to succeed:
- Ideal qualifications include: NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (will consider time-served)
- Full UK driving license
- Be able to pass a DBS check
- Be confident when dealing with tenants (ideally worked in social housing or another public facing maintenance role)
