Our client is a well-established social housing contractor providing planned works, refurbishment and maintenance services across the region. Due to continued contract wins and increasing workload, they are looking to recruit an experienced Bathroom Fitter to join their team on a permanent basis.
Your New Role
As a Bathroom Fitter, you will carry out full bathroom installations and refurbishments within both occupied and void social housing properties. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality work while ensuring minimal disruption to residents and maintaining excellent health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Full strip-out and installation of bathrooms
- Fitting baths, showers, toilets, basins and associated fixtures
- Wall boarding, tiling and finishing works
- Basic plumbing and multi-skilled repairs associated with bathroom installations
- Working within occupied and vacant social housing properties
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
- Providing excellent customer service when working in residents' homes
