Planner / Scheduler in Heywood

Your new roleAs a Scheduler, you will be responsible for planning and booking appointments for electricians carrying out works within occupied social housing properties. You'll manage diaries, coordinate workloads, update CRM systems, and ensure all scheduling information is accurately recorded. This is a fast-paced administrative role requiring excellent organisation and communication skills.This is a fully office-based position, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Rate: £15 - £17 Paye or Umbrella Location: Office - based in Bury Start Date: 5th October Positions Available: 3 Scheduler vacancies available immediately. What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will have previous scheduling experience within a busy environment. Strong Excel skills and experience using CRM systems are essential. You will be highly organised, able to prioritise workloads, and confident communicating with operatives, colleagues, and residents. Experience within social housing, construction, maintenance, or contractor environments would be advantageous.
