Your new role: As the Health, Safety, and Compliance Lead, you will take a leading role in ensuring the organisation delivers safe, compliant, and high-quality homes for residents. This is a critical position within the asset safety function, with responsibility for overseeing all aspects of building safety and regulatory compliance across a diverse housing portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Asset Safety and operating as part of the wider leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of health and safety within the organisation.
