Your new company is an animal welfare organisation based in the Bristol area. They are currently looking to recruit a Health and Safety Coordinator to join their team, initially on a 6-month rolling contract basis, which may then convert into a full-time permanent position. Their offices are based in Bristol, but they are also willing to work on a fully remote basis.
Your new role involves maintaining accident statistics and statutory compliance documents, managing and updating the company's H&S intranet pages, and supporting the smooth operation of the Health & Safety team and functions.
What you need to succeed:
- Experience of working in a Health and Safety team.
- Understanding of basic Health and Safety processes and policies.
- Experience of Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel.
- An IOSH level qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of compiling and updating data is highly desirable.
