An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Project Manager to join a highly respected, privately owned main contractor, delivering high-quality projects across London.
Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking to appoint an experienced individual to lead either a £40m education scheme or a £50m commercial office development in West London. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a flagship project, with responsibility from early-stage mobilisation through to successful delivery on site.

The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of a major project, ensuring programme, commercial and quality objectives are met. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading projects from preconstruction / mobilisation through to completion
- Managing site teams, supply chain partners and subcontractors
- Overseeing programme, cost, risk and quality performance
- Driving health & safety standards across site operations
- Coordinating with design teams to ensure effective project delivery
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Ensuring successful project outcomes aligned with client expectations
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager on projects typically £30m+
- Strong background delivering education and/or commercial schemes
- Experience working for a main contractor (Tier 1 or leading Tier 2)
- Ability to lead large-scale projects through full lifecycle delivery
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent understanding of programme, risk and construction methodology
- Relevant qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS - Manager level)
