Your new role

Site Manager required to join a major construction project, taking responsibility for the successful delivery of demolition, enabling works, and external packages through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile project and play a key role in managing complex works within a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all demolition and enabling works packages, ensuring works are completed safely and to programme.
  • Oversee external works.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Monitor programme performance and proactively address any delays or risks.
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and subcontractor coordination meetings.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and wider delivery team to ensure successful package delivery.
  • Manage temporary works, logistics, and interfaces between internal and external trades.
