Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking multiple experienced Stock Condition Surveyors to support ongoing projects. You will be responsible for carrying out stock condition surveys across residential properties, working as part of a wider project team but with autonomy in the field. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing building fabric, condition and compliance factors
  • Producing accurate and detailed survey information in line with client requirements
