We are currently recruiting for two temporary positions with a well-established Housing Association in Glasgow.

These roles will provide vital support across both housing management and maintenance functions, making them ideal for candidates with broad housing association experience.

Your new role

Housing Services/Repairs Assistant Senior Housing Services/Repairs Assistant Key Responsibilities

Supporting the delivery of day-to-day housing management services.

Assisting with compliance, including gas servicing, electrical inspections and safety certification records.

Raising and processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.

Supporting repairs and maintenance activities and liaising with contractors where required.

Assisting with housing applications, allocations and general tenancy administration.

Updating and maintaining housing management systems and databases.

Responding to tenant enquiries and providing excellent customer service.

Supporting the wider housing team with a range of operational and administrative tasks.

Ensuring all records are maintained accurately and in line with organisational policies and compliance requirements.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience working within a Housing Association, Local Authority or social housing environment.

Knowledge of housing management processes and compliance requirements.

Experience dealing with repairs, maintenance administration or contractor liaison.

Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.

The ability to manage competing priorities within a busy team environment.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Desirable

Previous experience using Home Master.

Experience supporting both maintenance and housing management functions.

Knowledge of housing compliance processes including gas and electrical servicing programmes.
