Your new role

As a Building Surveyor, you'll play a key role in supporting senior surveyors and project managers on a variety of assignments. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and asset management reports.
  • Supporting dilapidation assessments and party wall matters.
  • Preparing technical documentation and contributing to contract administration under JCT and NEC frameworks.
  • Working on refurbishment and improvement projects, ensuring compliance with sustainability and safety standards.
  • Liaising with clients and stakeholders to deliver clear, professional advice.
