We are working on behalf of a well-established and financially secure construction business to recruit an experienced Construction Buyer to join their team. This organisation specialises in delivering refurbishment, new build, and fit-out projects within the healthcare and education sectors, working with a strong portfolio of repeat clients across both private and public sectors. The Role

As Buyer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of multiple live projects, ensuring materials and subcontract packages are procured efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with project requirements. Projects typically range from £500k to £2m, forming part of a wider portfolio of schemes across healthcare and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procure materials and subcontract packages across multiple projects
  • Source, negotiate, and place orders with approved suppliers
  • Work closely with site and commercial teams to forecast requirements
