Salary: £41,229 + Excellent Benefits total package 44k - 47.5k plus van and fuel card

Hours: 39 per week: Monday to Thursday from 8:00am to 4:30pm, and Fridays from 8:00am to 3:30pm

The Opportunity: We're looking for a skilled and customer-focused Electrician to join a responsive repairs team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role: As part of a dedicated maintenance team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical repairs, installations, and testing services across residential properties. Your work will help ensure homes are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical repairs, installations, and maintenance in domestic and commercial settings.
  • Perform fixed wire testing and ensure all work complies with current regulations.
  • Complete relevant certifications and documentation accurately.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while working to performance targets.

What You'll Bring:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified Electrician with experience in both domestic and commercial environments.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems up to 230v/415v.
  • Ability to complete and certify work in line with industry standards.
  • Familiarity with health and safety practices and physical capability to perform manual tasks.
  • Proven ability to work in a customer-focused environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.
  • 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671).
  • Full UK driving licence.

Desirable:

  • Over 2 years' experience conducting EICRs.
  • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent.

Please Note: A basic DBS check will be required for this role, which will be arranged and paid for by the employer.
