Your new role: Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) across a range of properties, ensuring all systems are thoroughly inspected and tested in line with current regulations. Diagnosing faults and identifying non-compliance issues, clearly recording findings and recommending appropriate remedial actions. Completing minor remedial works and repairs following inspections to bring installations up to required standards. Ensuring all work is completed in line with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) and company procedures. Accurately documenting reports and certification, maintaining high standards of record-keeping and compliance.
