You will be working on a busy new-build residential development in Engremont. The site is well organised and focused on delivering quality finishes to programme.
I am looking for an experienced Painter / Finisher to start ASAP. You will be carrying out internal painting and final finishing works on new-build plots, including snagging, touching up walls, ceilings and woodwork, and ensuring properties are finished to a high standard ahead of handover. This role is expected to run until the end of June.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Previous experience as a Painter / Finisher on new-build housing
- Strong snagging and finishing skills
- Valid CSCS card
- Own tools and PPE
- Available to start immediately and work reliably on site
What you'll get in return:
- Immediate start
- Ongoing work through to the end of June
- Paid via umbrella PAYE - approximately £650 take-home per week
- Weekly pay
