Area: Allerton

Pay: 95 per day

Hays Education are working with a mainstream primary based in the Wavertree area who are seeking a full-time Early Years Teaching Assistant to join them.

The role will involve:

  • Support the care, learning, and development of young children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • Work under the direction of the Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader to deliver daily activities and routines
  • Assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
  • Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and educational development through play-based learning
  • Help observe, monitor, and record children’s progress and wellbeing
  • Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Support inclusive practice and meet individual children’s needs, including those with SEND

Previous Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working with EY in a mainstream nursery or private nursery
  • Relevant Early years qualification
  • Possession or ability to obtain enhanced DBS checks
