Your new company is a local authority who require a Clerk of Works to oversee demolition works on their education facility in Denbigh, North Wales.
Your new role as Clerk of Works will require you to oversee the build quality, health and safety and adherence to the specification of works (i.e. workmanship) of a demolition project and construction of a new-build educational facility in Denbigh.
What you'll need to succeed:
