We are seeking a skilled and proactive Damp and Mould Technician to join the maintenance teams within Social housing.

You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and resolving issues related to damp, mould, and condensation in residential and commercial properties. Your work will help ensure safe, healthy living environments for our tenants and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections to diagnose damp and mould issues.
  • Carry out remedial work, including cleaning, sealing, and minor repairs.
  • Advise residents on preventative measures and ventilation improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections and treatments.
  • Liaise with other trades and departments to ensure effective resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Full-time hours.

Requirements:
  • Experience in property maintenance, building repairs, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of damp and mould causes and treatments.
