I am delighted to be partnering with a highly respected and rapidly growing fit-out and refurbishment contractor with offices in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. Known for their exceptionally positive workplace culture and collaborative environment, they deliver a diverse portfolio of projects across both the public and private sectors - including commercial offices, education, healthcare, leisure and specialist refurbishments.
Due to sustained project wins and a strong pipeline for 2026 and beyond, they are now looking to appoint an ambitious Project Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
As Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key commercial role across multiple fast-paced fit-out and refurbishment projects up to £5 million. Working closely with senior commercial leaders and project delivery teams, you will be responsible for:
- Cost planning, measurement and tender support
- Managing subcontractor procurement and contract administration
- Preparing and reviewing valuations and variations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Ensuring projects are delivered profitably and to high commercial standards
- Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners
This role offers exposure to a wide mix of schemes and the opportunity to take ownership.
