What you will need to succeed:
- Previous experience within a Contract Manager, Operations Manager or Senior Project Management role
- Civil engineering, highways, infrastructure or maintenance sector experience
- Strong leadership and client-facing skills
- Commercial awareness and contract management experience
- Track record of delivering projects safely and profitably
