A family‑orientated business working across Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, and Lincolnshire. With continued growth and an expanding portfolio, they are now seeking a Construction Supervisor to support and oversee their expanding programme of projects. The business is built around three core areas:

  • Domestic heating installations
  • DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) adaptation works
  • Stand‑alone building projects ranging from £5,000 to £1,500,000

Your new role will involve supervising the delivery of DDA adaptation works across occupied homes, ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, and to a high standard. You will coordinate trades teams, organise daily activities, and act as the main point of contact for residents, clients, and colleagues. The position requires a calm, people‑focused approach, as you will regularly support vulnerable occupants and manage sensitive situations. You will carry out site inspections, resolve issues as they arise, and maintain accurate records to keep projects on track. This role is a key part of maintaining the reputation for quality, reliability, and strong customer service.
