Your new company
Hays Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Banksman / Traffic Marshal to join a busy construction site in Cheshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established contractor on a long-term project with consistent hours available.
Your new role
Guiding and directing site vehicles safely around the construction site.
Managing deliveries and coordinating site traffic movements.
Ensuring pedestrian and vehicle segregation is maintained at all times.
Assisting with site access and egress procedures.
Communicating effectively with plant operators, drivers, and site management.
Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Supporting general site operations when required.
What you'll need to succeed
Valid CPCS or NPORS Traffic Marshal/Banksman Card.
Valid CSCS Card.
Previous experience working as a Banksman/Traffic Marshal on construction sites.
Strong understanding of site health and safety procedures What you'll get in return
