Your new role:
As a Compliance Information Specialist, you will play a key part in ensuring domestic heating compliance across a busy social housing portfolio. You will manage, analyse, and maintain accurate compliance data, supporting operational teams to meet statutory obligations and deliver safe, high quality services to residents. You will work closely with contractors, internal teams, and compliance managers to track certification, monitor performance, and ensure all heating-related compliance activities are completed on time.
What you will need to succeed:
- Compliance knowledge - understanding of domestic heating regulations (e.g., gas servicing, boiler safety, landlord obligations).
- Data management skills - experience maintaining accurate records, updating systems, and producing reports.
- Analytical ability - confidence interpreting data, identifying gaps, and escalating risks.
- Communication skills - able to liaise with contractors, colleagues, and stakeholders clearly and professionally.
- Organisation and prioritisation - comfortable managing deadlines in a compliance-focused environment.
