Your new company A Manchester-based property and asset management company working across shopping centres, multi-occupancy offices and industrial properties. They work on behalf of their investors to identify, secure, and manage investment properties.A lovely office of 25 with great staff retention, and now are looking for a commercial property manager to join them. Your new role Working alongside another commercial property manager, together you will be looking after over 40 sites based in the UK. The portfolio is over 1000 tenants with a value form £1 million – £60 million. You will be liaising with tenants, managing service charges, reviewing leases and delivering rent reviews. What you’ll need to succeed You will be a commercial property manager with experience looking after commercial properties. Ideally MRICS, though if you are not but have plenty of experience, you will still be considered. You will be able to work autonomously and work well in a team environment. What you’ll get in return A competitive salary over the market rate is up to £70,000 for the right person.Generous annual leave of 25 days plus bank holidays.Private healthcare. One day per week WFH.
