Your new role

As Commercial Manager, you will lead all commercial activities across multiple projects, ensuring financial and contractual performance from inception through to completion. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing project budgets, cost control, and commercial reporting across a portfolio of works
  • Leading contract management activities, ensuring compliance with NEC form of contract
  • Supporting business development, frameworks, and bid submission processes
  • Driving commercial strategy, risk management, and operational improvements
