About the Role

We are working with a well-established regional contractor to appoint an intermediate-level Quantity Surveyor or someone looking to take the next step in their career. This opportunity will see you working across a range of new build and refurbishment projects, typically valued between £1m and £10m, supporting both preconstruction and delivery teams. The role offers excellent exposure across the full project lifecycle, making it ideal for someone keen to develop their commercial skills within a supportive and growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Management
  • Assist with managing project budgets, cost reporting, and forecasts
  • Support the procurement of subcontract packages
  • Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Monitor project costs and ensure financial targets are achieved
  • Procurement & Packages
  • Manage subcontractor packages from tender through to final account
  • Support negotiations and ensure best value is achieved across the supply chain
