You will be working for a leading design and architectural company that is ever-growing and currently working on some of the largest projects in the UK, exclusively for this company. Multi-award winning, with a mission to be the world's leading integrated architecture, engineering and design firm, delivering world-class solutions.
You will provide CDM/PD support and advice to multidisciplinary design teams and clients during the design and pre-construction stages of a wide range of projects to ensure their compliance with their statutory duties under CDM Regulations 2015.
What you'll need to succeed:
- You MUST have Principal Designer experience as well as a NEBOSH General/Construction, Member of IOSH and ideally a member of APS.
