The project includes a new swimming pool, multiple bespoke en‑suite bedrooms, significant groundworks, and a range of detailed internal packages.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing day‑to‑day site operations on a three‑storey new build with complex architectural and M&E requirements
- Overseeing groundworks, external works and structural phases
- Delivering a high‑end swimming pool installation with specialist subcontractors
