We are working with a well-established regional contractor to appoint an intermediate-level Quantity Surveyor or someone looking to take the next step in their career. This opportunity will see you working across a range of new build and refurbishment projects, typically valued between £1m and £10m, supporting both preconstruction and delivery teams. Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Management
- Assist with managing project budgets, cost reporting, and forecasts
- Support the procurement of subcontract packages
- Prepare and review valuations, variations, and final accounts

- Procurement & Packages
- Manage subcontractor packages from tender through to final account
