You will be based from the Chelmsford office and will benefit from flexible working policies. Your new role As the Building Surveyor, you will join the Surveying and Project Management team to undertake building inspections, advise clients on property condition including defects, prepare schedules of works and take on contract administration responsibilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your career in a collaborative and supportive environment, whilst working alongside like-minded experienced surveyors. APC support is offered, if desired. What you’ll need to succeed In order to be successful for this role, you will be required to hold a degree in Building Surveying or similar (RICS accredited preferred). You should have proven experience in building surveying, including strong knowledge of building regulations and construction techniques. A driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes is essential. You should live within commutable distance of the office in Chelmsford, Essex.
